What is Processing Time?
The order processing time is the time from receiving your order to physically dispatching it. After receiving your order, A Quality Control Checks and Tests is immediately taken such as material quality, zippers, seams, embellishments and motifs, interiors, lining, etc. The total processing time varies depending on a serious of factors:
1.The complexity, design of the specific item.
2.Stock status of individual items.
3.The time of the year, national holidays, etc.
4.Some unexpected causes like the COVID-19.
5.Larger orders will naturally take longer.

About Tax
Kindly note that all packages are shipped from Hiychic Warehouses. Our items are shipping duty unpaid and therefore import tax may occur depending on your country's Customs and shipping method. You may check with your local Customs Office for more information. In addition, a tax ID number is required for a few countries who select expedited shipping during the check-out to avoid any clearance problems or delivery failures. Other countries may require additional fee for collect on delivery (COD), which is paid to your local carrier instead of Hiychic.
